Regulatory status
Sarto Capital Management OÜ is registered with the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) as a small alternative fund manager. However, it is not an authorised fund manager and is not subject to ongoing supervision by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority.

For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (“SFDR”), Sarto Capital Management does not set sustainable investments as its objective, nor does it promote environmental or social characteristics within the meaning of Article 8 or Article 9 of SFDR. Sarto Capital Management does not consider the principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors at the level of the funds it manages. This decision reflects the nature of the investment strategies and the investment universe of the managed funds, as well as the current lack of sufficiently robust and consistent data across all relevant asset classes. Furthermore, Sarto Capital Management does not apply a remuneration policy that integrates sustainability risks.
